BusinessExtensions
There is a wide demand in organizations to control and distribute
their own content, information, and media. However, the time, money and
resources invested in content and media are often wasted, residing on
websites, cluttered in emails, or in CD's and databases waiting and hoping
for end users to access it. As a result, companies are seeking more proactive

audiences.

| Key Component Features |
Component 1:
Content Preparation |
ADG Uploader will enable encryption and compression of a set of
the media files. The secured bundle is uploaded for distribution. |
Component 2:
AppWares Uploader |
The ADG Uploader will facilitate the delivery of encrypted media
files. This will ensure that only authorized administrators can send
broadcasts, and only authorized clients can view the transmissions.
The broadcast of the bundle can be automatically initiated. |
Component 3:
IMP Request of Event |
Each IMP (Integrated Media Portal) polls the designated broadcast
server on a predetermined timed intervals, or on request. This method
allows for complete compatibility with routers and firewalls. Any
new information or content placed in any of the polled locations will
be captured as an event. |
Component 4:
Event Transmission |
Events will be sent back to each individual IMP. Events can include
news and content delivery instructions for messages, media bundles,
and files. Large files are transmitted in the background and re-transmitted
in segments as required. |
Component 5:
Media Bundle Download |
For any media files, the IMP will utilize a download URL retrieved
from the event request. For large bundles, the download can be facilitated
by outsourced or in-house service providers of choice, providing redundant
and load-balanced reliability worldwide. |
Component 6:
Notification, Archiving, and Presentation |
After the IMP has transparently retrieved (downloaded) the appropriate
content, it will proactively deliver a message to the user through
the IMP interface. The customized interface provides archiving, media
launching, and content display based upon it’s predetermined
requirements. |
