| What
happens if CM-e-Lect™ indicates a download in progress
and I need to shutdown? |
It
is safe to turn off the computer anytime while downloading.
The download will continue from the point at which the
computer was shutdown the next time it is started and
connected to the internet.
Top |
| The
content inside the tool does not show up properly? |
This
can happen when your browser is set to use font enlarging
to make smaller fonts visible. The potential drawback
- if you change from the default font size, you may interfere
with part of the CM-e-Lect™ content layout - text
may break at the wrong spot or mis-align, or parts of
the page might be outside the CM-e-Lect™ screen
(i.e. the Submit button on the login screen). Moving back
to the default font size will fix these problems.
Start by opening an IE browser window. Then select the
IE menu option "View" --> "Text Size"
and choose the "Medium" or "Default"
setting.

has been received the tool will open and notify you. You
can also click on the content button to see the progress
in the content view.
If
you have received the welcome alert you are receiving
course material whenever you are online.

you can work at your leisure while offline.

| I
downloaded your program but when I attempted to use it I
got the following error message:"Imp.exe - unable to
locate DLL" |
| Firewalls
and network configuration should not be an issue in this
case. The system seems to be missing the file RASAPI32.DLL.
RASAPI32.DLL
is a Microsoft file which is included in its later releases
of its Windows operating systems when Remote Access Service
(RAS) is installed. By default on most Windows installation,
RAS is automatically installed. However, some installation
of Windows with just high speed Internet Access (Cable,
DSL, T1, etc), RAS is not installed.
You
should ask your system administrator to install RAS for
you.

Go into Control Panel by double clicking on My Computer.
Then double click on 'Network'. Now click on the tab that

screen. Select the item called 'Remote Access Service'
then click OK. It will prompt you for you NT 4.0 CD. After
