Reset/Restart CM-e-Lect™

To access a particular program or if you have trouble receiving a program, please use the following updaters:

1. Select which Program updater file you need to Download

2. Choose Open to run the updater automatically. You might have to say Yes to a security question.
3. If you want to Save the updater, remember where you placed the file (i.e. the Desktop). Launch the updated by double clicking the file.

Should you experience problems logging in and/or receiving program segments, please apply this update to reset CM-e-Lect™ and download all content again.

Log in again once the updater has reset your application.

Note: If you don't have the CM-e-Lect application installed yet, you will not need this update.
