Download page for the MINGW Cross Compiler

This precompiled version is configured for "/usr/local/cross-tools/..." .
It is build on "i686-pc-linux-gnu", but uses the default gcc configuration
and this is "i586". Please try it and give Reinhard a comment.
The build system was a Mandrake 7.2 system (libc.so.6 -> libc-2.1.3.so).
The version contains also libbfd.a for the target.

To compile the cross mingw for use with SDL using Reinhard's
cross-mingw.sh.gz script and add some headers.
