Gingered Carrot Cole Slaw

Gingered Carrot Coleslaw

serves 4

5 carrots, grated 2 cups shredded red cabbage 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

Toss together salad ingredients before adding dressing:

2 tsp honey or maple syrup 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp grated ginger 4 Tbsp cold-pressed oil of your choice (we like flax or walnut) dash of salt

Dissolve the honey in the lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss.

This salad is especially delightful if it is allowed to sit for about 15 or 30 minutes.

1. INPUT

Please follow all of the following instructions in order:

1. Locate the four brown boxes on the table. Look them over. 2. Pick four other people from around you to participate in your group. 3. Ask everyone in the group that you have selected to go wash their hands. 4. While they are gone quickly open the box labeled gatewatcher. 5. Distribute the contents amongst the non-participant audience before your group returns. 6. Do not tell them what to do with the items. 7. Wait for your group returns. 8. Give the first box labeled Produser to someone in the group you have selected. 9. Give away the second Produser box in the same way. 10. Finally give the Multiperspectival News Box away. 11. Give Gatewatching note to the final participant. 12. Wait for Everyone to complete their assigned tasks.
